Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on scope, cost, timing and what happens when something goes wrong.
Does ELDOVISA issue visas?
No. We are a private company, not a government authority, embassy or consulate. We prepare, review and submit applications on your behalf. Every decision is made solely by the relevant immigration authority.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of any company that says otherwise. What we guarantee is that your application will be complete, internally consistent and compliant with the published requirements at the time of submission. That materially improves your odds; it does not remove the authority's discretion.
How much does it cost?
Our service fee depends on the destination, the visa category and how urgently you need it, so we quote per case. You always receive a written quotation showing our fee and any official government charge as separate lines, and nothing is charged until you accept it. Government fees are passed through without markup.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
Once you accept a quotation we issue an invoice with the accepted payment methods. Prices are charged in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is agreed in writing. We never ask for payment to a personal account, and we never ask for your card PIN or banking password.
How long does it take?
We respond to enquiries within one business day. Our preparation work usually takes one to three business days once we have all your documents. Government processing time varies by destination and season and is outside our control — we give you the current published estimate and tell you if it changes.
What happens if my application is refused?
If the refusal is caused by an error we made in preparing or submitting your file, we correct and resubmit at our own cost and refund our service fee. If it is refused at the authority's discretion despite a correct submission, our fee covers work already performed and is not refundable — but we will explain the stated reason and advise on whether reapplying is realistic. Government charges are never refundable once paid to the authority. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I cancel after I have paid?
Yes. If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund of our service fee. After work has begun, we refund the portion not yet performed. Once an application has been submitted to an authority, our fee is no longer refundable because the work is complete. Government charges follow the authority's own rules.
Do you need my original passport?
For electronic visas, no — clear scans are sufficient. A small number of traditional visa routes require the physical passport, and we will tell you clearly in advance if yours is one of them, along with how it will be handled and returned.
How is my personal data handled?
We collect only what is needed to prepare your application, we store it securely, and we share it only with the relevant authority or the specific supplier fulfilling your booking. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights.
Do you handle group and corporate travel?
Yes. Corporate and group travel is a dedicated division. Business clients get a named coordinator, consolidated invoicing, structured expense reporting and visibility of every traveller's status across the group.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Arabic, Malay and French, across WhatsApp, email and telephone.
Is the client portal available yet?
Not yet. It is in development and we are not accepting registrations. Until it launches, applications are managed directly by your coordinator over email and WhatsApp. We do not sell or advertise a service before it works.
Important. ELDOVISA is a private company. We are not a government department, embassy, consulate or authorised agent of any immigration authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application. Our role is to prepare, review and submit applications correctly on your behalf. Every immigration decision rests solely with the relevant government authority. Official government fees are always shown separately from our service fee.
Still unanswered?
Send the question directly — we would rather answer it before you pay than after.
