What we need

• The full photo page, flat and completely inside the frame
• All four corners visible — do not crop the edges
• Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended entry date
• Readable at full size: no glare, no shadow across the text
• The two machine-readable lines at the bottom must be legible

Nearly every rejection we see on this document is a cropped corner or glare across the machine-readable zone.

What we need

• 35 × 45 mm at 300 dpi — at least 413 × 531 pixels
• Plain white or very light grey background
• Taken within the last 6 months
• Face centred, neutral expression, both eyes open
• No glasses, no head covering except for religious reasons
• JPG or PNG — a PDF cannot be measured and will be rejected

This is the single most common cause of avoidable refusal. We measure your file in the browser before it is ever submitted.

What we need

• Issued within the last 30 days
• Shows your full name as it appears in your passport
• Shows the closing balance and the statement date
• Covers at least the last 3 months of activity
• Official bank PDF preferred over a screenshot

A statement older than 30 days is treated as no statement at all by most consulates.

What we need

• Shows both the entry and the exit flight
• Your name matches your passport exactly
• A held or reserved booking is acceptable — it need not be paid
• Dates must agree with the travel dates on this form

Dates that contradict the rest of the file are a refusal reason. We cross-check this against your accommodation.

What we need

• Covers the full period of stay with no gap in the dates
• Shows the property name and full address
• Booked in the traveller's name
• If staying privately, upload the host's invitation letter instead

A one-night gap between bookings is enough to trigger a query.

What we need

• Signed and dated by the host or sponsoring company
• States the host's full address and contact details
• States the purpose and exact dates of the visit
• On company letterhead for a business visit

Required for business and family visits; optional for tourism.

What we need

• Valid for the full period of stay
• Shows the policy number and the insured person's name
• Medical cover meeting the destination's minimum, where one applies

Mandatory for some destinations, recommended everywhere. ELDOVISA is a referrer, not an insurer.

What we need

• Anything a consulate has specifically asked you for
• Employment letter, student enrolment, marriage certificate, and similar
