Why we review agency accounts. Anyone can tick a box that says “I am an agency”. Because an agency account can file for dozens of people at once, a person at ELDOVISA looks at the company details first. You can create the account and submit for a single applicant straight away — only bulk submission waits.

What happens after you sign up

1 · Confirm your email

We send a link. The account does not work until you click it — that is what makes the address on your case one we can genuinely reach.

2 · Submit your documents

Each document shows the exact specification it must meet, and is checked on your own device before it leaves it.

3 · Follow it from your account

Your reference, your status, and a direct line to the coordinator handling the file.

ELDOVISA is not a government body and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. We never ask you to send payment to a personal account, and never ask for your card PIN or online banking password. Official messages come only from an @eldovisa.my address.
