“In rollout” means limited availability on request. “In development” means not yet available — we will not accept payment for it.
What you get
Most visa refusals come from avoidable paperwork errors: an expired supporting document, a photo that fails the specification, a name that does not match the passport. We check for these before submission, not after a rejection.
Visa, flights, hotel and transfers handled by the same team. Your accommodation booking matches the dates on your visa application because the same people arranged both.
You get a written quotation with the service fee and the official fee shown as separate lines. You approve it before anything is charged.
Assistance does not stop at approval. For clients who book travel services with us, we remain reachable throughout the journey.
Corporate clients get consolidated invoicing, traveller tracking across a group and a named coordinator for the account.
We do not promise approvals, we do not claim government affiliation, and we tell you when a route is unlikely to succeed rather than taking a fee anyway.

Send your destination, travel dates, nationality and passport details. A first response arrives within one business day — usually much sooner.
We confirm whether you qualify for the visa route you want, list every document required, and tell you the realistic processing time. No charge, no obligation.
You receive a fixed written quote separating our service fee from any official government charge. Nothing is billed until you accept it.
We collect your documents, check each one against the current official checklist, and flag anything that would cause a rejection or delay.
Your application is submitted through the correct official channel. We monitor its status and keep you updated at every change.
You receive your approval and travel documents. If you booked wider services, we stay reachable through your trip until you are safely home.
Important. ELDOVISA is a private company. We are not a government department, embassy, consulate or authorised agent of any immigration authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application. Our role is to prepare, review and submit applications correctly on your behalf. Every immigration decision rests solely with the relevant government authority. Official government fees are always shown separately from our service fee.
Standards we hold ourselves to
Our fee is stated in writing before you pay, always separated from official government charges. No commission is added to a government fee and no cost appears later that was not in your quote.
Requirements change without notice. We check every application against the current official source on the day of submission, not against a saved checklist from last year.
If we make a processing error, we correct it and refund our fee. Our refund policy is published and we apply it as written.
We work in English, Arabic, Malay and French, and we answer on the channels people actually use — WhatsApp, email and phone.
