Who we are
A digital travel and mobility company
ELDOVISA LLC is a private travel and global mobility company. We prepare visa applications, plan itineraries and arrange the accommodation, transport and experiences that surround them. We operate as a digital platform rather than a walk-in agency: clients reach us on WhatsApp, email or phone, and every case is handled by a named person rather than a queue.
The company grew out of a simple, repeated observation. People were not failing to travel because flights were unaffordable. They were failing because a form was filled in wrongly, a photograph was the wrong size, or nobody told them a bank statement had to be less than thirty days old. Those are solvable problems, and solving them well is a service worth paying for.

If we make a processing error, we correct it and refund our fee. Our refund policy is published and we apply it as written.

Important. ELDOVISA is a private company. We are not a government department, embassy, consulate or authorised agent of any immigration authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application. Our role is to prepare, review and submit applications correctly on your behalf. Every immigration decision rests solely with the relevant government authority. Official government fees are always shown separately from our service fee.
