ELDOVISA

Home/e-Visa

e-Visa preparation, done properly the first time

Our core service. We confirm your eligibility, build a complete document file, check it against the current official requirements, and submit it through the correct channel.

What we actually do

We prepare the file. The government decides.

That distinction matters, so we state it plainly. ELDOVISA cannot approve a visa and cannot influence an officer's decision. What we can do is make sure your application arrives complete, consistent and correctly formatted — which is where the majority of avoidable refusals originate.

Typical document requirements

  • A passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended entry date
  • A recent photograph meeting the destination's exact specification
  • Confirmed onward or return travel
  • Proof of accommodation for the full period of stay
  • Evidence of sufficient funds, usually recent bank statements
  • Supporting letters where the visa category requires them

Requirements differ by destination, nationality and visa category. We issue a checklist specific to your case.

Preventable failures

Six reasons applications get refused

Every one of these is caught during our review. This is the substance of what you are paying us for.

Documents that expire mid-application

A bank statement older than the permitted window, or a passport with insufficient remaining validity.

Photograph specification failures

Wrong dimensions, background colour, head proportion or file size — among the most common automated rejections.

Inconsistent dates

Flight dates, hotel bookings and the requested visa period that do not agree with one another.

Name and transliteration mismatches

Spelling on the form that differs from the machine-readable zone of the passport.

Insufficient demonstrated funds

Balances below the threshold, or statements that do not show the account holder's name.

Undisclosed refusal history

Previous refusals that are omitted and later discovered.

Our commitment

If we get it wrong, we fix it

If an application fails because of an error we made in preparing or submitting it, we correct and resubmit at our own cost, and we refund our service fee. Government charges are non-refundable once paid to the authority — that is their rule, not ours, and we will always tell you which portion is which before you pay.

Important. ELDOVISA is a private company. We are not a government department, embassy, consulate or authorised agent of any immigration authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application. Our role is to prepare, review and submit applications correctly on your behalf. Every immigration decision rests solely with the relevant government authority. Official government fees are always shown separately from our service fee.
